The 2 pending Joint Entrance Examination (JEE)-Mains will held from July 20-25 and also July 27 to August 2, 2021. This was introduced by union education priest Ramesh Pokhriyal on Tuesday.
The registration for third session (April) tests will start from Tuesday till July 8, 2021 (11:59 pm) while the enrolment for the 4th and also final session (May) exam will start from July 9 and to continue till July 12, 2021. The final merit list based on the all four JEE (Mains) will be revealed on August 9.
JEE-Mains is being conducted 4 times a year from the existing academic session to offer flexibility to trainees as well as an opportunity to improve their ratings amidst the 2nd wave of Covid-19 in India.The initial phase in February was complied with by the second stage in March, while the next phases were scheduled for April as well as May.Those were delayed after a spike in the number of situations of coronavirus during the second wave of the pandemic in India.
The JEE-Advanced examination, which is carried out for admission to the distinguished Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) was also held off. The test was set up on 3 July.
The government is likely to reveal the dates on NEET-UG 2021 later this week. According to resources, the registration is most likely to start from Saturday, while exam is likely to conducted in the first week of September. NEET-UG was set up for August 1, but was postponed as a result of the rise in Covid-19 patients and also subsequent lockdown the application process was also postponed.
