About Post Basic Nursing
Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing is a Degree program (Bachelor of Science Degree). This course is also known by the short name of PB B.Sc. Nursing. INC (Indian Nursing Council) is the body governing the aspects of nursing education in India. It is a 2- year undergraduate program pursued by candidates interested in the field of Nursing. Nurses are healthcare professionals who are trained in taking care of patients, treating them, and assisting doctors in treatment and surgery. A qualified RN (Registered Nurse) is capable of administering preventive, promotive, curative, and rehabilitative services to patients and communities at large. The broad objectives of this program are to:

About RANM
Auxiliary Nursing and Midwifery (ANM) is a certificate-level course in the field of medical nursing. It is a two-year undergraduate certificate-level course in Medical Nursing. The duration of the ANM course varies from institute to institute. The course provides knowledge about fields of medicine, healthcare, and on providing medical assistant to families, individuals, society and measures necessary for maintaining a good quality of life. The program aims to produce skilled general nurses, with qualities such as:
• Flexibility, adaptability, empathy, organizational skills, and time management
• Leadership skills, determination, tenacity, and ability to conduct research
• Physical fitness
• Good communication and observation skills which are crucial to good nursing
• Constant alertness to changes in patients’ conditions and subsequent implications in terms of care.
