Admission 2024 for B.Ed.

Usually, the admission process for majority of courses start in the month of May and ends in the month of July. However, for many courses, admission process is through an entrance exam or counseling process. The relevant details for this admission are given below:

Candidates should have passed U.G degree examination with 10+2+3 stream with the same main subject in part III , for which they are seeking admission to the B.Ed., course. Candidates who have taken more than one main subject in part III of the U.G degree have to choose only one of the main subject and apply for that optional in B.Ed., Candidate who have done their U.G degree in Applied Chemistry, Bio Science or Applied Physics can apply for Physical Science as optional respectively in B.Ed., those who have done Environmental Science and Microbiology can apply for Biological Science as optional in B.Ed., Candidates who have passed PG degree in Economics and Commerce with 50% (irrespective of their UG mark) of marks in PG degree can apply. However the basis of selection shall be in accordance with the Regulations of the University /Government of Tamilnadu Guidelines for admission to B.Ed., course force time to time.
