Manager, Marketing and Sales

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Marketing and Sales to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our entire sales and marketing processes of the company.

The ideal candidate should be well experienced in all aspects of institutional as well as web based sales process and technology. We expect you to be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our sales campaign and generate revenue.

Candidates with prior experience of marketing and sales in education or related industry will be preferred if found capable but any candidate with a strong profile of marketing and sales with similar concept also stands equal chances of employment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Setup, execute and manage the entire Sales Process for the company including both digital and offline sales processes.

Market and sell Online Advertising Solutions to the Universities/Institutes/Training Agencies/Coaching Centers as well as any industry related to education for example online bookstores.

Develop and manage relationships with senior management at companies and educational institutes through email, telephonic or face-to-face conversations.

Responsible for generating advertisement and sales revenue by developing and managing online/mobile advertising opportunities and garnering resources nation wide.

Create a strategic roadmap and execution plan for acquisition of new clients in line with the overall organizational objectives.

Take complete ownership of the sales process, forecast sales for specific periods and generate the targeted revenues.

Develop new strategies to foster revenues.Has the ability to use audit tools.

Have the ability to develop sales presentations as well as draft proposals for corporates and institutes.

Other job related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.


DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Looking for candidate with marketing and sales background in education domain and with a very strong penchant, experience and skills in selling conceptual products.
Adept in using digital methodology in achieving sales
Has the patience to follow up with potential clients to close the sales deal.
Proven end-to-end sales skills - prospecting, pipeline management, closing and negotiation (this role requires end to end sales management).
Excellent knowledge of excel
Proven ability to meet targets.
Detail and process oriented.
Self-starter and self-motivated.
Excellent communication and relationship development skills.

Should be well articulate in English language.
