JEE Main Complete Syllabus 2023 – Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics

A syllabus is something which should be clear before any examination, especially when you are preparing for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Mains) or any other competitive examination. The JEE Mains is a stepping stone to move to the next level, JEE Advanced is conducted for the admissions to IITs. With the score of JEE Mains the candidates can take admission in the top institutes like IITs, etc.

Aptitude Test

Part 1:

Awareness of places, persons
Visualising 3D objects from 2D drawings
Analytical Reasoning
Visualising different sides of the 3D object
Mental Ability (Visual, Numerical and Verbal)
Objects & texture related to architecture and building environment, buildings and materials

Part 2:

Three dimensional – perception: Understanding and appreciation of scale and proportion of objects, building forms and elements, colour texture, harmony and contrast
Transformation of forms both 2 D and 3 D union, subtraction, rotation, development of surfaces and volumes
Drawing and design of abstract shapes or geometrical shapes and patterns in pencil
Creating two dimensional and three-dimensional compositions using given shapes and forms
Generation of plan, elevations and 3 D views of objects
Sketching of scenes and activities from memory of urbanscape (street scenes, public space, recreational spaces, monuments, festivals, market), rural life and landscape (gardens, plants, jungles, riverfronts and trees).
