Exam days are very crucial days in a student’s life. Especially if the exams are boards. But indeed every exam is important either board or just a normal school session exam. To reach the next level, a student have to pass a certain level of exams. Certainly, the students might be worried about the preparations and revision. 1. EARLY TO BED, EARLY TO RISE, MAKES A STUDENT ALWAYS WISE
Sleep is a very important component of exam preparation. It is advised to the students that they should stop late night studies and start taking a proper 8 hours of sleep in a day. This will make you fresh and energetic. A night of proper sleep will also give rest to your brain the next day, which will help you to memorize everything till last. You will study more efficiently and with more focus if your mind is fresh.
2. DON’T STUDY TOO MUCH
As now you are done with all your note making and understanding chapters. So now there is no need to study much. Just revise the topics and self-made notes several times. Keep your brain free from surplus stuff. Keep taking breaks in between which is very necessary to tune yourself for better performance. Try not to study at least one hour before you go to sleep. Rather than that, close your eyes, and relax your mind.
3. REVISE MAXIMUM SAMPLE PAPERS
Avoid mugging up new topics at this time. Revise the practice papers, sample papers, and previous year question papers. This will make you comfortable with the situation. Try to perform sample papers in the given time, this will enhance your ability to perform better in the examination.
4. EAT WELL, DRINK WELL, LIVE WELL
During this crucial time, you need to keep yourself healthy and hydrated. For this, every student needs to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Avoid too much caffeine or sugary drinks like coffee and tea. Avoid too much of junk food, during the exams.
5. KEEP CALM STUDY WELL
The study mantra is to KEEP CALM AND STUDY WELL, try to release your stress from time to time. For this do exercises eat healthy food, listen to good music, dance if you love dancing, or dance if you don’t know how to dance. This will release your stress and make your brain work more efficiently. Always adopt an ‘i can do attitude’. This will make you confident and make your brain active.
