1. Registration & Choice Filling

2. Seat Allocation
• Allotment results will be declared on 12 September 2025.
• After results, candidates must report to allotted colleges between 13 to 19 September 2025 .
3. Reporting & Reservation
• Once a seat is allotted, the candidate must complete document verification and admission processes in the college during the reporting window (13–19 September).
• Candidates from both rounds can opt for the mop-up round or resign their allotment between 17 to 27 September 2025, via the portal.

• Seat Expansion: Over 1,100 new MBBS/BDS seats have been added for Round 2 across India
• In Madhya Pradesh, Chhindwara Institute of Medical Sciences (added 43 MBBS seats) and Bundelkhand Medical College (added 22 seats) expanded capacity—portal open for upgradation adjustments until September 7, 6 PM
