Options To Study Fine Arts After 12th

Fine Arts is creating and studying visual works of art. It can be in the form of dancing, architecture, paintings, photography, film, etc. This subject carries a wide range of courses and ample career opportunities. As stated by Aristotle, "The foremost aim of art is not just to show the outward appearance of things, but also their inward significance."

Courses and Durations

Diploma in Fine Arts: It is a certificate-level program that covers different domains of arts and their related areas. Candidates can pursue it after completing their 10+2 education. 

Undergraduates Courses: This program provides a Bachelors Degree in the subject. This course can be subdivided into different degrees such as:

Bachelors of Fine Arts (BFA) or Bachelors in Visual Arts (BVA). These are in the duration of 4 to 5 years. Candidates can choose from a wide range of subjects offered by different colleges.

Bachelors of Arts in Fine Arts (BA): It is a three-year duration program which is offered by a lot of colleges in India. This course offers to select from music, dance, painting, history, and many more subjects.
