Karnataka State Open University is a state Public University which was established in 1992 but brought into force in June 1996. Karnataka State Open University Common Entrance Test 2021 or KSOU CET B.Ed. 2021 is the entrance examination for applicants who are looking for admission into a two year course to Bachelors in Education (B.Ed.). The university shall make the applications available for admissions into the 2 year B.Ed. Degree courses in the university itself and also among the other colleges in support of Teacher Education. For receiving admission into the course, the candidates or the applicants are required to qualify the KSOU CET B.Ed. Entrance Test or examination to be held in 2021. Candidates must go through the notification and eligibility criteria before applying for KSOU CET B.Ed.

·       KSOU B.Ed. The 2021 Application Form will be released in February, 2021.

·       The application shall be available online in the official website.

·       Candidates are required to fill in all the essential details in the application form properly including all their personal details, educational details, Email Id, mark-sheets as per required to upload, photograph, signature etc.

·       The application fee for all categories is RS 1000/.

·       Application fee once paid is non-refundable.

KSOU B.Ed. 2021 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

·       Candidates should have passed 10+2 level from a recognised board or institute.

·       Candidates must be an Indian citizen.

·       Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree passed with a minimum of 50% marks and 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD in the exam.

·       Candidates appearing in the final Examinations of Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree can also apply.

·       A candidate with a minimum age of 19 years is eligible to apply.

·       Candidates applying for the admissions into KSOU B.Ed. 2021 must create a service certificate of the candidate’s work experience, even at the time of admission if designated.
