JEE Main 2023 Session-1 Result has been released at jeemain.nta.nic.in and ntaresults.nic.in. 20 students have topped the exam by securing 100 percentile. No girl has scored 100 percentile marks. Misala Pranathi Sreeja topped the girls with 99.997259 percentile NTA score. Out of 20 toppers, 14 are from general category , four are from OBC and one each from general EWS and SC category. NTA has said that the merit list will be released by looking at the best NTA scores of both sessions of JEE Main. Five questions have been dropped in JEE Main Session-1.
This time a total of 8.6 lakh candidates appeared for paper 1 and 0.46 lakh candidates appeared for paper 2. The overall attendance for the engineering paper is 95.79 percent, which is the highest since the NTA conducted the entrance exam. JEE Main Paper 1 BE/BTech 1st and 2nd shift Examination was conducted on 24th January, 25th, 29th, 30th and 1st February, 2023. Paper-2 was held on 28 January.
