NEET result 2022 has been declared by The National Testing Agency (NTA). Students can check their results, score and rank by visiting neet.nta.nic.in. A total of 18,72,343 students had registered in the NEET UG examination this year. Out of this 17,64,571 students appeared in the examination. Tanishka of Rajasthan topped the list. Tanishka has scored 715 out of 720 marks.

Rank 2 - Vats Ashish Batra from Delhi
Rank 3- Rishikesh Nagbhushan Gangule from Karnataka
Rank 4- Rucha Pavashe from Karnataka
Rank 5- Arabelli Siddharth Rao from Telangana
Highlights of the result:
- 99.99 percentile (715 marks) of all students securing the first four ranks. Their rank is determined by tie-breaking formula.
- Out of 9,93,069 students who passed the exam, 2,82,184 belong to the unreserved category. 447753 belong to OBC, 131767 SC, 47295 ST and 84070 belong to EWS category. 2,717 candidates are from the differently-abled category.
This year the qualifying marks are less. Last year the range of qualifying marks for the unreserved category was 720-138 marks which has reduced to 715-117 this year. Similarly, the qualifying marks range of other classes is also less.
