NEET UG 2026 Correction Dates and Timings
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened the facility to make corrections in the NEET UG 2026 application form from today, i.e., March 12 at noon. The NTA has provided information on the official website, neet.nta.nic.in. Candidates can make corrections in the NEET UG 2026 application form until March 14, 2026.
Any changes to the application fee will result in an additional fee. The changes will be effective only after the fee is submitted. Candidates will only have one opportunity to make corrections. After submitting the correction, the form will be locked, and no further adjustments can be made.
Corrections begin today (March 12) at noon. Candidates have time until March 14, 11:50 pm, to make corrections to the NEET UG 2026 application form. To do this, they must visit the portal and log in with their application number and password. After logging in, they can open their form and make the necessary changes.
Details That Can Be Changed in NEET UG 2026 Form
During the NEET UG 2026 correction window, candidates can correct or update certain important information in their application form. See which fields will be allowed for changes:
- Parental Information: Candidates can make changes in one of two options: the father's name, qualification, and occupation, or mother's name, qualification, and occupation.
- Educational and other important information: Academic details from Class 10 and Class 12, category, sub-category/PwD (Divyang) status, signature, and number of attempts in NEET UG.
- Address-based changes: Selection of examination city, exam language/medium
- Identity information: Candidates who have registered using an identity card apart from an Aadhaar card can make changes to their identity details.
Helpline number also released
This correction window will be the last opportunity for candidates, as no changes can be made to the form after the admit card is issued. If any technical issues arise during the application or correction process, candidates can contact the helpdesk at 011-40759000 or 011-69227700.
