Recruitment Of HSSC Constable : Check All The Details About Vacancies And Who Can Apply

The Haryana Staff Selection Commission or HSSC has recently released a notice about the recruitment of the constable post for 2020. The HSSC has invited interested candidates to apply for the 7298 vacant posts of the constable. Among these 7298 posts, 5500 posts are reserved for male applicants, and 1100 posts are for female applicants who will be doing the general duties. And the remaining 698 posts are for females for the HAP-DURGA-1.

The process will start online from January 11 and will end on February 10. The last date for submission is March 13. Applicants need to pass the 12th final examination from a recognized board. The candidates need to pass their 10th with either Hindi or Sanskrit as a subject. Applicants between the 18-25 age limit will only be eligible for this post.

The selection procedure will be held in two parts –

1. All the applicants have to pass the written examination of 80 marks having multiple choice and objective questions.

2. The candidates have to appear for a physical measurement test and have to qualify it as well.

The writing test will include different fields like – general science, general studies, current affairs, numerical ability, general reasoning, mental aptitude, and some other areas too. Also, there can be a minimum of 10 questions related to basic computer knowledge. Candidates who have passed 10+2 from Haryana Board can be expected to qualify for the examination having the same standard of education.
