Application form can be submitted through offline mode only by depositing the application fee of Rs. 500/- , for General, EWS and OBC category and Rs. 300/- for SC / ST / PH category candidates, through demand draft. The demand draft should be drawn in favour of the Registrar, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur and payable at Bilaspur. Duly filled offline application form should reach the Head, SLT Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur.

• M.Pharm.

The minimum educational qualifications required are passed B.Pharm. with 55% marks from a recognized university and valid GPAT Score Card.

Admission of NON GPAT candidates to M. Pharm. programmes will be done on the basis of merit list of GGU VET 2020 (Online/Offline as the situation permits) conduct by Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur.

Documents required (in original and one set of self attested Photo copies) for attending the counseling and taking admission if candidates name is in main list or in wait listed candidates for vacant seats if any.

• Valid GPAT score card (Conducted by AICTE) [For M. Pharm. I Sem.]
• 10th Marks sheet 
• 12th Marks sheet 
• D.Pharm. / B.Pharm. Mark sheet
• Post Graduation Mark sheet (if any)
• Transfer Certificate
• Character Certificate
• Valid Caste certificate issued in the prescribed Central Government format (For reserved category candidates if applicable) 
• Valid Income Certificate for OBC candidates issued within one year from date of admission.
