Eligibility
The minimum eligibility for joining LLB course is graduation with 45% in the qualifying examination for the direct admission For sc/st category graduation with 40% marks in U.P. Other state candidate will be consider as general. There is no age limit for taking admission in this course as of now.

Eligibility
The 5-year B.Com LLB Integrated programme is structured comprehensively with subjects of B.Com as well as LLB. In the first two years, B.com subjects are pre-dominant with relatively fewer LLB subjects and the next 3 years are dedicated to the practice of legal education. Emphasis is laid on experiential learning by the means of Guest lecturers, Visits in parliament, Jail, Moot courts, Internship with Top Law firms, Advocates, and Legal organizations, etc. A student who has qualified senior secondary (10+2) with 45% marks in any stream is eligible for admission into Integrated LLB with Bachelor of Commerce Degree. Good knowledge of the English language is also expected from the law students. Candidates belonging to the general category are required to score a minimum of 50% marks or an equivalent grade point aggregate to apply Applicants belonging to the “SC/ST” Category must score a minimum of 45% marks to apply for LLM. Candidates who belong to the “OBC” Category must score a minimum of 45% marks to apply for LLM.
