Master of Animation and Computer Graphics

Masters in Animation and allied subjects is a postgraduate course designed to teach students the advanced skills of creating drawings or models into an illusion of movement or motion digitally or otherwise. It is a 2 year course and is divided in 4 semesters, but the duration may vary according to the university. This is one of the most popular course to be introduced in the Indian education system although there are very few institutes who are offering studies related to this field. It offers specialization in various branches of animation such as 3D animation, VFX, graphic designing, game designing, media and entertainment. The basic eligibility for admission to the course is a graduate in any stream or equivalent government recognized degree with good sketching or drawing skills as well as computer skills.
