Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination 2021 or UPJEE 2021 is the entrance examination for admission to Dip. (Architectural Assistantship Engg.), Dip. (Carpet Technology), Dip. (Chemical Engg.), Dip. (Chemical Engg.) (Fertilizer), Dip. (Chemical Technology) and other courses. UPJEE 2021 is conducted by Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh.

UPJEE for the year 2021 has been announced by Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh and will be held from 31/08/2021 to 04/09/2021. The application forms will be available from 26/02/2021 till 25/07/2021. The exam is in online mode. The duration of the exam will be 150 minutes. It is being conducted in English and Hindi languages. Admit card will be available from 25/08/2021. Result is expected to be announced on 14/09/2021.

    Application Form Filling Instructions

    Step 1:

    Candidate will provide Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Contact Details,

    identification document/ number and Password, Security Answer etc

    Step 2:

    Candidate will fill the domicile, category, sub category, group, examination centre choices and minimum qualifying examination details etc.

    Step 3:

    Upload Scanned Images of Photograph and Signature:

    • It should be without cap and goggles.
    • Polaroid photograph is not acceptable.
    • Unclear photograph is liable to rejected.

    Step 4:

    After completing Step 1, 2 and 3, candidate will proceed for payment through netbanking/Debit card/Credit card/e-challan of available bank.

    Confirmation Page: On successful completion of Step 4 (payment of examination fee), he/she take a printout of confirmation. Candidates are advised to retain the confirmation page safe for future. The Confirmation Page is not required to be sent to UPJEE (POLYTECHNIC) council. Please verify your email id and mobile number to get update in your mail box. Completed application form and admit card will be available in your verified email account also.

    After completing the application, quality of uploaded images (Photograph and signature) will be checked by JEECUP, if image quality is below the acceptable range, Candidate will receive SMS on registered mobile number to upload new images.

    Examination Day Instructions

    Guidelines to Candidates

    • Please check the Admit Card carefully. In case of any discrepancy from the originally filled online application form data, then communicate to UPJEE (POLYTECHNIC) Council immediately for necessary action.
    • The Admit Card is issued provisionally to the candidate subject to his/her satisfying the eligibility conditions. 
    • The reporting time at the test centre will be mentioned in admit card/hall ticket. Candidates should take their seats immediately after entering the examination hall. If the candidates do not report in time, they are likely to miss some of the general instructions to be announced in the Examination Hall. 
    • The candidate must show, on demand, the Admit Card for admission in the examination room/hall. A candidate who does not possess the Admit Card issued by the Council shall not be permitted for the examination under any circumstances. 
    • No candidate, without the special permission of the Centre Superintendent or the Invigilator concerned, will leave his/her seat or Examination Room until the full duration of the paper. Candidates must follow the instructions strictly as instructed by the Centre Superintendent/Invigilators
    • No Candidate will be allowed to carry any baggage inside the Examination Center. Examination Centre/ JEEC will not be responsible for any belongings stolen or lost at the premises. 
    • Candidates are not allowed to carry any textual material, Calculators, Docu-Pen, Slide Rules, Log Tables, and Electronic Watches with facilities of calculator, printed or written material, and bits of papers, mobile phone, pager or any other device, except the Admit Card, identity proof, inside the Examination Room/Hall. If any candidate is in possession of any of the above items, his/her candidature will be treated as unfair means and his/her current examination will be cancelled & he/she will also be debarred for future examination(s) & the equipment will be seized.
    • Smoking and eating is strictly prohibited in the examination room.
    • Tea, coffee, cold drinks or snacks are not allowed to be taken into the examination rooms during examination hours
    • No candidate, without the special permission of the Centre Superintendent or the Invigilator concerned, will leave his/her seat or Examination Room until the full duration of the paper.
    • The candidates must sign on the Attendance and verification Sheet at the appropriate  place. The candidatesare also required to put their left-hand thumb impression in the space provided in the Attendance Sheet/verification card.  
    • Candidate can fill discrepancy sheet for any correction required in their particulars. 
    • The candidates are governed by all Rules and Regulations of the Council with regard to their conduct in the Examination Hall. All cases of unfair means will be dealt with as per rules.

    The Admit Card can be downloaded from UPJEE (POLYTECHNIC) website before 10 days of commencement of the entrance examination through their login and password. The candidates are advised to download their admit cards from UPJEE (POLYTECHNIC) website only. The Candidates are also advised to regularly see UPJEE (POLYTECHNIC) website for updates. 

    Telephone number – 0522-2630667, 2630106, 2630678, 2630695 and 2636589 will also be functional on all working days from 10.00 AM to 05.00 PM for general facilitation. Email can also be sent on jeecuphelp@gmail.com for better assistance. Facility of querying is also available through candidate login.

    .CODE OF CONDUCT FOR CANDIDATES DURING UPJEE (POLYTECHNIC)–2021:

    Candidates shall maintain perfect silence and attend to their Question Paper only. Any conversation or gesture or disturbance in the Examination Room/Hall shall be deemed as misbehavior. If a candidate is found using unfair means or impersonating, his/her candidature shall be cancelled and he/she will be liable to be debarred for taking examination either permanently or for a specified period according to the nature of offence.

    Candidates are not allowed to carry any textual material, Calculators, Docu Pen, Slide Rules, Log Tables, and Electronic Watches with facilities of calculator, printed or written material, and bits of papers, mobile phone, pager or any other device, except the Admit Card inside the Examination Room/Hall. If any candidate is in possession of any of the above item, his/her candidature will be treated as unfair means and his/her current examination will be cancelled & he/she will also be debarred for future examination(s) & the equipment will be seized.

    The candidate shall not remove any page(s) from the Test-Booklet and if he/she is found to have removed any page(s) from his/her Test Booklet, he/she will be presumed to have used unfair means and shall be liable for criminal action
