Important dates and deadlines

Eligibility Criteria:

• Applicants should have B.E. / B. Tech. in Engineering or a Master’s Degree in any discipline from any recognized university or any Integrated first degree of BITS. Candidates should have obtained a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in their qualifying degree.
• BITS Pilani uses CAT / XAT / GMAT scores for shortlisting for candidates for GD / PI process, as part of its admission procedure. IIMs have no role either in the selection process or in the conduct of the program. Shortlisted candidates will have to appear in group discussion & personal interview.

Selection Process:

• For MBA Programme, candidates will be shortlisted based on their CAT (2019) / XAT (2020) / GMAT (2019) percentiles. The shortlisted candidates will also have to appear for Group Discussion (GD), Personal Interview (PI) and Writing Ability Test (WAT) to be held in Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune or Pilani during March / April 2020.
• The final list of the centers for Group Discussion (GD), Personal Interview (PI) and Writing Ability Test (WAT) will be announced only after all the applications are received.
• The candidates will be informed of the same through BITS website https://www.bitsadmission.com and through personal mail to their registered e-mail IDs. Admissions to the MBA Programme will be based on merit only
• A candidate can submit only one application form for MBA Admissions. However if a candidate discovers any mistake in the form submitted by him / her, he / she can submit a second application form duly completed before the last date. In such cases, the second application has to be accompanied by a fresh application fee.
