The minimum education requirements shall be passing of higher secondary school certificate examination (12 year course) (OR) Senior school certificate examination (10, +2), pre degree examination (10, +2) or equivalent with 12 years schooling from an recognized board or university with science (physics , chemistry, biology) an English with minimum 40% aggregate marks(PCBE) for SC/ST candidate the minimum mark is 40%, for Bc/Mbc - 45% The candidate should have completed the age of 17 years at the time of admission on or before 31st December of the year of the admission.
