Should have passed any degree of a recognized University with 40% of aggregate marks, or any other examination with 40% of aggregate marks, recognized as equivalent by the Universities concerned imparting Law course,(39.5% and above will be treated as 40%). There is a relaxation of 5% of marks in the qualifying examination in favour of he candidates belonging to SC/ST. A candidate who has 40% or more in B.Ed. or in the post graduate degree is ... A candidate who has obtained his/her degree of post graduate degree by single sitting upto the year 1998-1999 may be treated as eligible for admission into Law courses according to Bar Council of India.
