Admission 2025 for M.Tech. (Physics)

Electronics/Computer Science / Electrical / Engineering Physics / Information Technology/Instrumentation & Control or equivalent Or M.Sc. in Physics / Applied Physics / Electronics / Mathematics or equivalent with minimum of 55% marks in aggregate in the qualifying degree. However, must have studied Physics at the undergraduate level. |
Admissions Criteria: 1. GATE qualified in the relevant discipline with a valid and Qualified score card of GATE valid for the academic session 2019-20. Or 2. CET qualified (for Non-GATE) candidates in CET code 150. |
