Eligibility: The candidates seeking admission to the first semester of the eight semester Degree of Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) programme should have passed the Higher Secondary Examination (10 + 2) in the academic stream with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as three of the four subjects of study under Part-III subjects of the study conducted by the Government of Tamil Nadu or any examination of any other University or authority accepted by the Syndicate of Anna University, Chennai as equivalent thereto. (OR) Should have passed the Higher Secondary Examination of Vocational stream (Vocational groups in Engineering / Technology) as prescribed by the Government of Tamil Nadu. They should also satisfy other eligibility conditions as prescribed by the Anna University, Chennai and Directorate of Technical Education, Chennai from time to time. Read Less
