Eligibility: The basis of admission to B. Tech, 2nd year is Inter-se merit of online entrance test (OLET LEET {Engg.-18} conducted by HSCS along with at least one of the following three criteria. A candidate must have passed the three years Diploma in Engineering of State Board of Technical Education from an AICTE approved institution with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the appropriate branch of engineering/technology in aggregate of all semesters.<.li> A candidate must have passed the three year B.Sc. Degree from a recognized university with at least 45% marks in aggregate (40% marks in case of reserved category) and should have passed XII standard with mathematics as a subject. The students from B. Sc. Stream shall be considered only after filling the supernumerary seats in this category with students belonging to the diploma stream. Note: The affiliating University may prescribe compensatory course and other relevant courses at the second year level to make up deficiencies.
